In their daily production, they are required to perform thread tapping on a large volume of 304 stainless steel and alloy steel.
However, due to the stickiness and high strength of stainless steel materials, they had long faced a tricky challenge: traditional HSS (High-Speed Steel) taps wore out quickly during processing, resulting in short tool life, with each tap averaging only about 500 holes.
